I want to thank Bridgeside Surgery in Hailsham for welcoming myself and our MP Nus Ghani to their open morning on Saturday to meet the team giving flu vaccinations and volunteers from local organisations that patients can refer themselves to.
It was great to meet the flu vaccination team and local health charity volunteers who provide such essential support to our local community.
The surgery reported that the morning was successful and that they have had good feedback, with around 300 jabs delivered on the day as a part of the NHS winter vaccine programme.
Bridgeside surgery is the smallest in Hailsham, providing medical services to around 6,500 patients,
