I spent a very enjoyable morning chatting with the Hailsham Community Land Trust team at their stall on the first day of the Hailsham Festival at Vicarage Field. I was very pleased to draw their prize winners earlier in the year. I’m very supportive of their aim to promote low cost, innovative, sustainable & affordable housing made available to & stewarded by local people.
