It was great to meet COP26 President Alok Sharma, and our local MP Nus Ghani, as he toured local schools and businesses with her, including a visit to Hailsham Community College and local company JLC in Lower Dicker who among security, aviation ground power, and access control systems, also make electric vehicles. I know that he very much enjoyed his visit. It was also a good opportunity to sit down for half an hour and discuss some ideas around climate policy.
